Write to feedback@propdiscountguide.com. That is a real address, read by the person who writes the site, and it is the only contact method here — there is no form on this page, no live chat and no phone number.
If you are correcting something
This is the mail that is most useful, and the kind the site is built to receive. Discount offers change weekly and some of what is published here will go stale between one reading and the next.
Please include:
- Which page, by its address, and which figure on it. “The FXIFY expiry on the by-firm page” is enough; “something on your site is wrong” is not.
- What it should say, and where you saw it. A link to the firm’s own page carries far more weight than a link to another coupon site, for the same reason the rest of this site prefers first-party sources.
- Roughly when you saw it. An offer that was live yesterday and is gone today is not an error, it is the normal rate of change in this market, and the page will be re-dated rather than corrected.
Corrections get a reply within a few days. When one lands, the page is edited and the “checked” date on it moves, so you can tell from the page itself that it was looked at again.
If a code did not work at a checkout
This is worth sending, and it is worth being precise about. No code on this site was applied at a checkout — the site records what each firm advertises on its own pages, not what its payment page deducts, and the method page explains why that limit exists.
So if you typed a code that this site recorded and it was rejected, that is new information rather than a contradiction. Say which firm, which code, which product you were buying and what the checkout said. Reports like that are the only way the gap between advertised and applied discounts gets documented at all, and where several arrive for one firm, the page will say so.
If you are looking for a prop firm’s own support
This site is not a prop trading firm and cannot help with an account, a payout, a failed challenge, a KYC check or a refund. It has no access to any firm’s systems and no relationship with their support desks.
Every firm covered here runs its own support — usually a help centre, a ticket system or a Discord — reachable from its own website. Go there directly. A message sent to this address about a funded account cannot be actioned and will only cost you the time it takes to get a reply saying so. If you are not sure which firm you bought from, the firm-by-firm record lists each one covered here.
If you represent a firm
Corrections from firms are treated exactly like corrections from readers: send the page, the figure and the source, and it gets checked against your own public pages. What is not available is placement. Coverage here is not for sale, a firm cannot pay to be added, rated differently or removed, and firms that publish no discount code are listed as such.
