Forex prop firm discounts run shallower than the futures offers and carry more exclusions. Eight forex-facing firms were read on 8 October 2026: six advertise a discount on their own site, two publish nothing at all.

What the forex offers exclude
The exclusions are where the forex deals differ most from the futures ones, and they are published in the firms’ own small print.
FXIFY’s 25% excludes Instant Lite — stated in the offer itself. Instant-funding products are the common carve-out across this market, because they carry no evaluation and therefore no evaluation fee to discount meaningfully.
Funding Pips splits by customer type: 10% for new users, 5% for existing. That halving for returning traders is unusually explicit, and it is the opposite of Take Profit Trader’s futures offer, which advertises its rate “for life”.
City Traders Imperium names the three programmes its code covers — 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant Funding — rather than saying “all accounts”, which is a narrower and more checkable claim than most.

FTMO publishes no code at all, and restricts its 20% to one product: the $100K 1-Step Challenge. The discount is applied through the offer link rather than typed at a checkout, so searching for an FTMO code to paste is looking for something that does not exist on their page.
Forex offers against futures offers
The gap is consistent enough to be worth a table. These are the same figures as above and on the firm-by-firm record, grouped by asset class.
| Feature | Typical published discount | Structure |
|---|---|---|
| Futures firms | 40–47% | Often “any plan”; one offer waives activation fees for life |
| Forex firms | 10–40%, clustered at 15–25% | More exclusions, more customer-type splits, more per-product limits |
The reason is competitive rather than technical. The futures evaluation market is crowded with firms selling a near-identical product at a near-identical price, and discount depth is one of the few levers left. Forex firms differentiate more on programme structure — one-step, two-step, instant — and discount within a product rather than across the range.
Crypto sits apart from both and is covered in the crypto offers; the full cross-market record compares all three in one table. None of this says anything about which market to trade, and a deeper discount is not a better firm. What it changes is how carefully you need to read the exclusion line.
Rules, payouts and what a discount does not reach
A forex evaluation discount applies to the entry fee. It does not touch the daily loss limit, the maximum drawdown, the profit target, the minimum trading days, the payout split or the withdrawal schedule — and on CFD products it has no bearing on spreads, swaps or overnight financing, which are a running cost for anyone holding positions for more than a day.
That running cost is the part most often left out of a comparison. A 25% saving on a one-time evaluation fee is a fixed amount. Wider spreads on the firm’s own feed are a cost that recurs on every trade for as long as you hold the account. The full mechanics are on how prop firm discounts actually work.
Forex discounts by account size, where prices are published
Most forex firms publish a percentage without a list price, which makes cross-firm comparison impossible. E8 Markets, which runs forex and perpetuals, is the exception in this group and publishes both:
| Account size | List price | Discounted at 30% |
|---|---|---|
| $50K | $288 | $202 |
| $100K | $488 | $342 |
| $200K | $798 | $559 |
A 30% discount at the 100k tier is worth $146. The same percentage at $5K is worth $14. The discount scales with the account, and so does the difficulty of passing the evaluation attached to it.
Payouts and profit split are untouched by any of this
A forex evaluation discount reduces entry cost and nothing else. The profit split, the payout schedule, the minimum withdrawal and every rule on the funded account are unchanged. Comparing forex prop trading firms by discount depth tells you about their marketing budgets, not about whether they pay.
Frequently asked questions
Which forex prop firm has the biggest discount right now?
On 8 October 2026 the largest published forex offer was Blueberry Funded’s 50% off Prime for new users, followed by Alpha Capital Group at 40%. Both were read from the firms’ own sites and neither published an expiry date.
Does FTMO have a promo code?
Not one published on its own site. FTMO advertised 20% off the $100K 1-Step Challenge, applied through the offer link rather than a typed code. Codes for FTMO that circulate elsewhere could not be confirmed against the firm’s own page; see first-party vs affiliate codes.
Why do some forex firms exclude instant funding from discounts?
Instant-funding products skip the evaluation, so the fee being discounted is structured differently. FXIFY states the exclusion explicitly in its own offer wording.
Do these codes work for traders in any country?
Not necessarily. At least one offer in this set is visibly geo-targeted — Alpha Capital Group’s code is NIGERIA — and everything here was read from a single location on one date.
Are forex prop firm discounts worth waiting for?
There is almost always one running. Of the eight forex-facing firms checked, six were advertising a discount on the day they were read, and only three of those published an end date at all.
